“I never give high markings in all categories for any training that I have ever received. This is a first for me. For the last 20 years, I have received leadership training in every way, shape, and form. The training sessions were both in the military and in the private sector. Of all the “leadership training” that I have ever attended, none have been as impactful on me as this program. In all honesty, I was pessimistic about coming. During the first week, my mind and my outlook were changed. The course material and way it was presented by Kevin and the other actors and facilitators really spoke to what it is that makes us human and how humans interact with one another. Being a leader is all about establishing and maintaining relationships and this course hammered that point home.

They are naturally gifted with their abilities to take these complex relationship situations and turn them into bits and pieces that are easily digestible in regards to understanding.
